摘  要:为获得脱硝性能良好的铁基催化剂,采用微波辅助柠檬酸溶胶凝胶法一步制备新型磁性铁基SCR脱硝催化剂,考察铈钨助剂对其SCR脱硝性能的优化,并研究了煅烧温度和柠檬酸添加量对催化剂脱硝性能的影响。结果表明:微波辅助柠檬酸溶胶凝胶法可快速得到新型磁性铁铈钨复合氧化物催化剂;铈掺杂可提高催化剂SCR脱硝性能,当铈掺杂摩尔比由0.05增至0.20,催化剂脱硝效率先增大后减小;钨掺杂也可提高催化剂SCR脱硝性能,随着钨掺杂摩尔比由0.025增至0.10,催化剂脱硝效率先升高后降低;合适的铈、钨掺杂摩尔比为n(Fe)∶n(Ce)∶n(W)=0.85∶0.10∶0.05。当煅烧温度由400℃升至600℃或柠檬酸/金属阳离子摩尔比由0.25增至0.10时,Fe_(0.85)Ce_(0.10)W_(0.05)Oz催化剂脱硝效率均先增大后减小,合适的煅烧温度与柠檬酸/金属阳离子摩尔比分别为500℃和0.50。A kind of iron-based oxide catalyst showing excellent NH 3-SCR(selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH 3)activity is significant to control NO x emission from power plant.Microwave irradiation was used to assist the citric acid sol-gel method to prepare a new magnetic iron-based oxide catalyst,and the enhancement of cerium and tungsten addition on its NH 3-SCR activity were also investigated.Finally,the influence of calcination temperature and citric acid on the NH 3-SCR activity of magnetic iron-cerium-tungsten mixed oxide catalysts were studied.The results indicate that a new magnetic iron-based catalyst could be obtained through the citric acid sol-gel method assisted by microwave irradiation.Their NH 3-SCR activity could be improved by the addition of cerium oxide or tungsten oxide.The NH 3-SCR activity of magnetic iron-tungsten mixed oxide catalyst firstly increased and then decreased with the molar ratio of cerium increasing from 0.05 to 0.20,and the NH 3-SCR activity of magnetic iron-cerium mixed oxide catalyst also firstly increased and then decreased with the molar ratio of tungsten increasing from 0.025 to 0.10.The optimum molar ratio for iron,cerium and tungsten[n(Fe)∶n(Ce)∶n(W)]was 0.85∶0.10∶0.05.The NH 3-SCR activity over Fe 0.85 Ce 0.10 W 0.05 O z firstly increased and then decreased when the calcination temperature or the molar ratio of citric acid and metal cation increased from 400℃to 600℃or from 0.25 to 0.10,respectively.The optimum calcination temperature is 500℃and the appropriate molar ratio of citric acid and metal cation is 0.50.
