调Q 1064nm激光在黄褐斑患者中的疗效及对氧化应激状态的调节作用观察

摘　　要：目的:观察与研究调Q 1 064nm激光在黄褐斑患者中的临床疗效及对氧化应激状态的调节作用。方法:选取2016年2月-2017年1月期间的70例黄褐斑患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(强脉冲光治疗组)35例和观察组(调Q 1 064nm激光治疗组)35例。将两组黄褐斑患者治疗后不同时间的临床总有效率、治疗前后不同时间的VISIA皮肤图像分析结果及氧化应激指标表达水平进行比较。结果:观察组黄褐斑患者治疗后不同时间的临床总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前两组患者的VISIA皮肤图像分析结果及氧化应激指标表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后不同时间观察组患者的VISIA皮肤图像分析结果均低于对照组,氧化应激指标表达水平好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:调Q 1 064nm激光在黄褐斑患者中的临床疗效较好,且对氧化应激状态的调节作用更好,因此在黄褐斑患者中的应用价值较高。Objective:To observe and study the clinical effect of 1 064nm Q-switched laser in the patients with chloasma and regulating effect for the oxidative stress state.Methods:70 patients with chloasma from February 2016 to January 2017 were selected for the study,and all the patients were randomly divided into control group(intense pulsed light therapy group)35 cases and observation group(1 064nm Q-switched laser treatment group)35 cases.Then the total effective rates at different time after the treatment,VISIA skin image analysis results and expression levels of oxidative stress indexes at different time before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results:The the total effective rates of patients with chloasma in observation group at different time after the treatment were significantly higher than those of control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05),the VISIA skin image analysis results and expression levels of oxidative stress indexes of two groups before the treatment were compared,there were no significant differences(P>0.05),the VISIA skin image analysis results of observation group at different time after the treatment were all lower than those of control group,the expression levels of oxidative stress indexes were all better than those of control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of 1 064nm Q-switched laser in the patients with chloasma is better,and it also has better adjustment role for the oxidative stress state,so its application value in the patients with chloasma is better.
