摘 要:[目的]采用响应面法优化提取三百棒多糖的工艺条件。[方法]选择料液比、提取温度、提取时间、提取次数4个因素进行单因素试验,基于单因素试验结果,使用BBD响应面对三百棒多糖的提取工艺进行优化,并建立回归模型。[结果]最佳提取工艺条件:料液比1∶15(g∶m L),提取温度93℃,提取时间4 h,提取次数3次,在此条件下,三百棒多糖的提取率为4.75%,与模型的预期值4.99%基本相符。[结论]该优化工艺合理可行,具有较高的应用价值。[Objective]Response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction condition of polysaccharide from Toddalia asiatica Lam..[Method]The effects of solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time and extraction times by single factor experiments were studied.Subsequently,based on the four factors,a polysaccharide yield regression model was established using the Box-Behnken design.A regression model equation was fitted.[Result]The optimum extractions were solid-liquid ratio of 1∶15(g∶mL),extraction temperature of 93℃,extraction time of 4 h,extraction times of 3.Under the conditions,the maximum experimental polysaccharide yield was 4.75%,which was basically consisitent with the predictied of 4.99%.[Conclusion]The optimized technology was feasible,and had high application value.
