摘　　要：[目的]研究一种0.5%聚维酮碘消毒剂的消毒效果及刺激性。[方法]采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法,对一种0.5%聚维碘酮消毒剂的消毒效果和刺激性进行了研究。[结果]该消毒剂原液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌分别作用1、2、3 min,平均杀灭对数值均大于5,杀灭效果快速高效;对白色念珠菌分别作用1、2、3 min,平均杀灭对数值均大于4,杀灭效果较好。多次皮肤刺激性指数为0,皮肤刺激强度为无刺激性。试验组动物皮肤致敏率为0,未见皮肤变态反应。[结论]该0.5%聚维酮碘消毒剂对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有良好的消毒效果,安全无刺激。[Objective]To study the disinfection effect and irritation of a kind of 0.5%polyvidone iodine disinfectant.[Method]Suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal test were made to study the disinfection effect and irritation of this disinfectant.[Result]The average killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli exposed to this disinfectant solution for 1,2,3 min respectively were all above 5.00,the killing efficacy was good and efficient.The average killing logarithm values of Candida albicans exposed to this disinfectant solution for 1,2,3 min respectively were all above 4.00,and the killing efficacy was good.The multiple irritation index of skin was 0 and the intensity of skin was no irritation.The skin sensitivity rate in experimental group was 0,meanwhile skin allergic reaction was not observed.[Conclusion]0.5%polyvidone iodine disinfectant had good killing effects on bacterial propagule and fungi,it was safe without irritation.
