摘　　要：随着乡村旅游的发展,民宿经济已成为我国乡村振兴发展中的一大亮点。以浙江省温州市为例,通过对该市民宿产业发展现状的调研,分析了不同投资主体的民宿经营模式,并提出了对策建议。With the development of rural tourism,Bed&Breakfast economy has become a highlight of China's rural revitalization development.This paper analyzed the business models of different investment bodies through investigating the current state of Wenzhou′s Bed&Breakfast economy,and provided insights and suggestions regarding the future of this industry.
