摘  要:在乏燃料贮存和运输阶段,卸出时完好的燃料组件存在破损可能,若出现破损,裂变产物就有可能向环境释放,因此乏燃料运输容器解除密封前,需要进行运输容器内破损组件检测工作。本文提出一种破损检测方法,系统介绍了检测工艺方案、破损标志核素的确定及破损检测的可行性分析,并给出破损检测装置的详细设计。该设备已经研制成功并应用于大亚湾核电站乏燃料组件厂内转运,在国内首次检测到乏燃料运输后破损,结果表明,此检测方法可显著提高破损检测的可信度和效率,具有较高的工程应用价值。During the storage and transportation of spent fuel assembly,it’s possible that the fuel assembly which is whole when unloaded out of core falls damaged.In the case of fuel assembly damage,fission gas with high activity could release to environment.Therefore,failed fuel assembly needs to be detected before depressurization of the spent fuel transportation container.This paper puts forward a damage detecting method,gives systematic introduction of detecting process scheme,determination of symbolic nuclide and feasibility analysis of damage detection,describes the damage detection equipment in detail.The equipment has been developed and applied to the transportation of spent fuel assembly in Daya Bay nuclear power plant,the first fuel assembly damage after inner-plant transportation in domestic was detected,the result shows that,this detecting method could improve the reliability and efficiency of damage detection greatly,has high engineering value.
