摘 要:产量分成合同(PSC)主要分布于"一带一路"沿线国家,对于刚走出或已走出国门从事海外投资的国内企业,转换国内的惯性思维是能够在海外投资中成功立足的关键。这是因为海外石油开发会有一些反惯性认知规律的现象,这些现象对企业经营至关重要。本分重点分析PSC合同执行中的一些反惯性认知规律现象,如合同约束下,油价不一定越高越好,产量并非越高收益就越高,降低成本不一定带来超额收益等,以期为从事海外石油开发的石油同行提供借鉴。Production Sharing Contract(PSC)mainly distributed along the Belt and Road countries.To companies/corporations who focus on overseas oil&gas development,it is very important to change the normal ways of decision formed in China to international basis.Because there are many unconventional phenomenons in contract execution,for example,in PSC environment,under some surroundings,higher oil price does not mean higher profit,higher production does not mean higher ratio of entitlement,lower cost might not increase profit,etc.This article mainly focuses on unconventional phenomenons in execution of PSC,so as to give more help to every oil&gas colleague.
