ZnSe(en)_(0.5)不同处理方法对ZnSe形貌及光催化活性的影响

摘  要:采用溶剂热法合成前驱体ZnSe(en)_(0.5)纳米片,再分别采用热分解和水热方法处理ZnSe(en)_(0.5)制备ZnSe纳米片.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、比表面积(BET)、紫外-可见漫反射等测试手段对样品的形貌、结构及光学性能进行表征.另外,将两种方法所得ZnSe纳米片的光催化活性进行对比,结果发现采用热分解法所得ZnSe纳米片具有较好的光催化活性.ZnSe nanosheets were prepared by heat treatment or hydrothermal treatment precursor ZnSe(en)0.5(en=ethylenediamine)hybrids,which were synthesized via a solvothermal method in en-water system.The morphologies,microstructures and optical properties of the as-synthesized samples were characterized by some testing techniques(such as X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy,Brunauer-Emmett-Teller and and ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflection spectra).In addition,photocatalytic activities of the degradation of rhodamine B under visible light using ZnSe nanosheets as catalysts were investigated.The result showed that ZnSe nanosheets which was prepared by heat treatment method exhibited superior photocatalytic activity.
