摘 要:为了解决汽车内饰塑料件存在NVH异响影响客户感官品质的问题,该文从减弱声源强度、隔绝传播途径及吸声处理3个方面出发,通过在开发过程中对整车内饰塑料件异响的反复分析、改进及试验验证,提出了详细的改善方案。并通过整车路试试验,结果表明,对消除或者减弱异响的几种方案的合理组合使用,可以较大程度上改善整车内饰塑料件的异响问题,使整车的NVH品质得到明显提升,提高了汽车品牌的质量和形象,为今后汽车内饰设计提供了可借鉴的方法。To solve the acoustic problems caused by plastic interior parts in the vehicle,this paper introduces a plan to improve the acoustic performance in the vehicle by the plenty of the analysis and the validation in the development of the interior parts.Weakening the intensity of the sound source,preventing the transmission of the sound and absorbing sound are the main methods.The result of the vehicle road test shows that combining the three methods mentioned above can improve the acoustic perpormance greatly,the acoustic quality can be improved obviously,the brand and image of the company can be enhanced meanwhile.And also a reference to automotive interior design is provided in the future.
