摘　　要：为了设计出可靠的传感器支架,对状态与使用监测系统中传感器支架的安装设计原则进行了分析,并以典型传感器支架的设计进行举例说明。采用ABAQUS有限元软件对传感器支架进行强度校核和模态分析,通过装机试验验证了传感器测得的数据准确,具有良好的可靠性,表明所设计的支架满足相关功能要求。In order to design a reliable sensor stent,the design principles of the sensor stents of HUMS are analyzed in this paper,and the design of typical sensor stents are illustrated.Intensity checking and model analysis are carried out for the sensor stents by ABAQUS.The installation test indicates that the measured data are accurate and have good reliability,and it shows that the design of stents satisfies the functional requirements.
