摘　　要：超声心动图评价左房形态和功能可为评估心血管疾病风险提供有效信息,也可为临床心血管疾病的诊断、治疗及预后提供可靠依据。本文就不同超声心动图检查方法评价左房形态和功能的研究进展进行综述。Evaluation of left atrial morphology and function by echocardiography has been proposed as a predictor of risk of cardiovascular events. Also it can provide a reliable basis for the clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of cardiovascular disease. This article reviews the methods for assessment of left atrial morphology and function by echocardiography.
