摘 要:废电脑作为典型的电子废弃物之一,其产出量和报废量将呈逐年增长态势,且增长速度更快。电脑中含有多种稀贵金属及可回收再利用的塑料,资源化价值较大;同时电脑中含POPs/PTS、重金属等有毒有害物质,环境污染风险较高。根据某电子废弃物拆解企业大数据,分析了废旧电脑中各材料的组分、技术与工艺、回收利用现状;解析了废电脑在其回收、储运、拆解、深加工等环节的潜在环境污染,并提出了电子废弃物管理对策与建议。As one of the typical e-wastes,the output and scrap of waste computer will increase year by year,and it will grow at a faster rate.Computers contain a variety of rare and precious metals and plastics which have large resource value,so they can be recycled and reused.At the same time,computers contain POPs/PTS,heavy metals and other toxic and hazardous substances,which have higher risk pollution to environmental.According to the big data of an e-waste dismantling enterprise,the components of computer,disposal technology and process were analyzed;the potential environment pollution of waste computers in their recycling,storage and transportation,dismantling,and deep processing was analyzed,strategies and recommendations about electronic waste management were proposed.
