摘  要:为了提高生产出的聚酯材料的产品性能,笔者设计了1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)产品中顺式异构体与反式异构体的确定分析试验,简要介绍了色谱分析仪器、载气仪器等试验仪器,阐述了色谱分析条件、试验样品处理方法、试验测定步骤,提出了用气相程序升温色谱法鉴定CHDM试验样品的方法,通过在非极性色谱柱和强极性色谱柱上的色谱分析试验,分析CHDM试验样品组分的质量分数,从而判断该组分是顺式异构体还是反式异构体,以及两种异构体的结构比例,得出以下结论:先出峰的组分沸点低、极性弱,后出峰的组分沸点高、极性强;无论是采用非极性色谱柱还是采用强极性色谱柱,都是CHDM反式异构体先出峰。指出该研究对于判断CHDM顺式异构体、反式异构体以及CHDM的分离具有一定的指导意义,对促进我国CHDM生产与应用技术的研究具有重要意义。In this paper,in order to improve product performance of polyester material produced by enterprises,the author designed certain analysis test of cis-isomer and trans isomer in 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol.Then,the author briefly introduced some test apparatus,including chromatographic analyzer and apparatus of carrier gas,and expounded conditions of chromatographic analysis,treatment methods of test samples and steps of test determination.Based on above contents,the author put forward method of authenticating CHDM test samples by using gas programmed temperature chromatography.And,through chromatographic analysis test on non-polar chromatographic column and strong polar chromatographic column,the author analyzed mass fraction of CHDM test samples,and it is feasible to judge the constituent is cis-isomer or trans isomer as well as structural proportion of these two isomeride.It drew the following conclusions:the constituent that firstly reaches peak value has low-boiling point and poor polarity;the constituent that reaches peak value subsequently has high boiling point and strong polarity.Whether adopting non-polar chromatographic column or strong polar chromatographic column,CHDM trans isomer firstly reaches peak value.This research has a certain guiding significance on judging CHDM cis-isomer and trans isomer as well as CHDM separation,and has great significance on improving research of CHDM production and applied technologies.
