摘 要:为了对既有K18BK型矿石漏斗车进行改造,加装用于卸车的风控装置,介绍了K18BK型矿石漏斗车现状,从底架改造、底架附属件改造、传动机构改造、风控装置管路改造、涂装5个方面,阐述了K18BK型矿石漏斗车加装风控装置的改造内容,分析了K18BK型矿石漏斗车加装风控装置的技术要求,讨论了手动开闭底门试验、风动开闭底门试验、开闭底门的灵敏度试验的试验方法,指出该改造方案满足了客户和现行铁路货车相关标准的要求,降低了车辆改造成本,为铁路货车既有车型的改造设计与实施提供了宝贵经验,并为既有K18BK型矿石漏斗车提供了高效的卸车方法,经鉴定达到了国内先进水平。In order to transform existing K18BK ore hopper car and retrofit pneumatic control device for unloading,the author introduced status quo of K18BK ore hopper car from five aspects of underframe transformation,underframe accessory transformation,transmission mechanism transformation,pipeline of pneumatic control device transformation as well as coating.Then,the author expounded contents of transforming pneumatic control device for K18BK ore hopper cars,and analyzed relevant technical requirements.Thirdly,the author discussed test methods of open-close bottom door test by manually,open-close bottom door test by pneumatic control and sensitivity of open-close bottom door,and pointed out that this reforming scheme may meet requirements of customers and relevant standards of wagon and lower cost of vehicle transformation,which may provide valuable experiences for transformation design and implementation of existing vehicle model,and also provide efficient unloading method.The above-mentioned technologies may reach domestic advanced level.
