摘 要:以催化合成己酸异戊酯为探针反应,探究了SO2-4/TiO_2-SnO_2催化剂的制备条件.实验结果表明,当焙烧温度为500℃、n(Ti O2):n(Sn O2)=2∶1、H2SO4浸渍浓度为0.75mol/L时制得的催化剂催化效果较佳.通过正交实验得到了己酸异戊酯的优化合成条件,当醇酸比为1∶1.5、催化剂用量为0.50g、反应时间2.0h时,酯化率最高可达到91.32%.Catalytic synthesis of isoamyl hexanoate as a probe reaction,the optimum preparation conditions were as follows:the calcination temperature 500℃,n(TiO2):n(SnO2),=2.0:1.0 and H 2SO 4 was 0.75mol/L.The result shows that the catalytic performance of SO2-4/TiO2-SnO2 catalyst is good.The synthetic technology of isopentyl hexanoate from isoamyl alcohol and caproic acid was studied by using SO2-4/TiO2-SnO2 solid super acid as catalyzation.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:mole ratio of isoamyl alcohol to caproic acid 1.0:1.5,the catalyst dosage was 0.50g,esterification time 2.0h.The yield of esterification was 91.32%.
