摘 要:石化行业低温余热资源丰富,但由于品位低,现有常规技术回收难度大,可采用吸收式换热技术,利用大温差传热作为驱动力,实现局部从低温到高温的传热。该新工艺可以高效地回收石化厂低温余热,加大一次网供回水温差,提高系统供热能力。文章旨在介绍基于吸收式换热的石化低温余热供暖新工艺,并利用该新工艺对某石化生活区的供暖进行改造,取消了型煤锅炉,利用石化装置余热替代型煤以及蒸汽等能源,每年可显著降低供暖能耗成本,减少碳排放3.3万t,实现节能和环保双丰收。The petrochemical industry is rich in low-grade waste heat resources which are difficult to recover with the conventional technology.The absorption heat exchange technology is able to use large temperature difference as a driving force to achieve local heat transfer from low temperature to high temperature.The new application can effectively recycle the low-grade waste heat from petrochemical plant,increase the range of temperature difference between supply and return waters of the primary heating network,and improve the heating capacity of the system.This paper aims to present the new technology of heating supply by using petrochemical waste heat based on absorption heat exchange,and its actual application case in the community of a petrochemical plant.This case uses waste heat for heating in place of coal and steam,which saves on the cost of heating energy consumption and reduces 33 thousand tons of carbon emission per year,and finally achieves the both effects of energy saving and environmental protection.
