重整加热炉合同能源管理项目实施效果及分析

摘　　要：中国石化武汉分公司重整装置四合一加热炉F-203采用合同能源管理模式进行了强化传热改造,改造后的加热炉F-203节能16.48%,节能效果明显,在相同工艺条件下每开满一年可节约燃料费用近200万元,经济效益显著。目前已完成合同能源管理模式的整个合同周期,为今后执行相关模式操作提供了有益的经验。Enhanced heat transfer modification is carried out by Energy Management Contract(EMC)Mode on the"four-in-one"furnace F-203 of Reforming Unit in Sinopec Wuhan Company.After modification,energy-saving of the furnace F-203 is remarkable,and energy-saving rate reaches 16.48%.Economical profit is also significant.Under the same conditions,nearly 2 million yuan can be saved in fuel costs.Now the whole contract period of the Energy Management Contract Mode has been completed,which provides good experiences for future operations.
