摘 要:针对某蒽醌法双氧水生产装置废水总磷含量高的问题,利用铁碳微电解技术对含磷废水进行了处理,探讨了铁碳微电解时间对除油处理后的含磷废水的影响。结果表明:在酸性条件下,废水中有机膦经铁碳填料、双氧水、空气作用被降解为无机磷,继而在碱性条件下被絮凝去除,随着铁碳填料微电解时间的增加,含磷废水的化学需氧量(COD)和总磷含量逐渐减少,当铁碳填料微电解时间达到3 h时,含磷废水的COD_(Cr)和总磷质量浓度(以P计)分别降至48.2 mg/L和0.52 mg/L,具有较好的工艺应用前景。To deal with the high total phosphorus content in the wastewater from hydrogen peroxide plant by anthraquinone process,iron-carbon microelectrolysis technology is used for the phosphorus wastewater treatment.This paper discusses the effect of the iron-carbon microelectrolysis time on the wastewater containing phosphorus after oil removal process.Results show that,under the acidic condition,organic phosphorus in the wastewater was degraded into inorganic phosphorus by iron-carbon filler,hydrogen peroxide and the air,which,then,under the alkaline condition,was flocculated and removed.With the increase of microelectrolysis time with iron-carbon filler,chemical oxygen demand(COD)and total phosphorus of the phosphorus wastewater gradually decreased.When the iron-carbon filler microelectrolysis time was up to 3 hours,CODCr and total phosphorus mass concentration of the wastewater containing phosphorus(in terms of P)decreased to 48.2 mg/L and 0.52 mg/L respectively,meaning it has a good application prospect.
