摘  要:含油污泥是油气田开发过程中产生的固体废弃物之一,随着油田的深入开发,污水产生的污泥量不断增加。目前,国内对于含油污泥主要采用固化处理、生物处理、化学热洗等方法,但这些方法在应用过程中存在着处理成本高、资源转化率低、残渣含油量高等技术局限性。文章以滨南油田的酸性污水为例,通过气液平衡、气液传质等特性,研究开发了改性污水低污泥处理技术。通过增大气液接触面积,有效地减少了污泥的产生,提高了污水的处理能力。Oily sludge is one of the solid wastes produced in oil field development.With the development of oilfield,the amount of oily sludge produced from sewage is increasing.At present,the domestic methods to treat oily sludge mainly include curing process,biological treatment,chemical-heating wash.But these methods have the limitations of highly cost,low resource conversion and high oil content.We take the acidic sewage of Binnan Field as the object of the field survey.Based on the principle of the gas-liquid equilibrium and mass transfer,we have researched and developed the modified sewage sludge treatment technology,which,by increasing the contact area between the atmosphere and the liquid,can effectively reduce sludge production from the sewage,and increase sewage treatment capacity.
