摘　　要：目的探讨扶正清毒法对宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染患者临床症状、病毒载量的影响。方法选择本院妇科收治的217例宫颈HR-HPV感染患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组108例和观察组109例。分别应用安达芬栓与扶正清毒颗粒+安达芬栓进行治疗,观察中比较2组患者治疗前、治疗3个月、6个月后HPV转阴率、临床症状及病毒载量变化。结果治疗后,2组患者转阴率均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月、6个月后观察组HPV转阴率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者临床症状、体征积分及病毒载量均下降,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗期间临床症状、体征积分及病毒载量改善明显,均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应发生情况无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论西药配合扶正清毒颗粒能显著改善患者症状,降低病毒载量,在早期防治宫颈HR-HPV感染中具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective:To study the effect of strengthening anti-virus method on the clinical symptoms and viral load of patients with cervical high-risk human papilloma virus(HR-HPV)infection.Methods:217 patients with cervical HR-HPV infection in our department of gynecology were selected and randomly divided into the control group administered with recombinant human interferon a-2b suppository(108 cases)and the observation group treated with recombinant human interferon a-2b suppository plus strengthening anti-virus granules(109 cases).Change ratio of positive towards negative in HPV,clinical symptoms,and viral load were observed 0,3 and 6 months after treatment between the above two groups.Results:The change rate of positive towards negative in HPV significantly elevated in both groups in contrast to the baseline(P<0.05),which the observation group had a significantly higher change rate than the control group after 3 and 6 months of intervention(P<0.05).In addition,clinical symptoms,physical sign score,and viral load of both groups were significantly decreased in contrast to the baseline(P<0.05),which the observation group experienced a better attenuation(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening anti-virus granules are capable of dramatically alleviating the symptoms of patients,reducing the viral load,and posing a good clinical application value in the prevention and treatment of early phase of cervical HR-HPV infection.
