摘　　要：金属管转子流量计由于具有结构简单、测量范围宽、可靠性高、使用维护方便等优点,而被广泛用于流量检测和过程控制中,当其测量的流体与标定的流体不同时,需要对测量值进行修正。对金属管转子流量计测量值的修正公式进行了推导,对正确安装使用金属管转子流量计注意事项进行了阐述。提出通过对金属管转子流量计测量值公式的修正,正确安装金属管转子流量计,可获得准确可靠的测量结果。Metal tube rotary flowmeter with characters of simple structure,wide measuring range,high reliability,using and maintenance conveniently,is widely applied in flow detection and process control.When the measured fluid is different from the calibrated fluid,the measured values is necessary to be corrected.The correction formulas of measuring value of metal tube rotary flowmeter were deduced,and the precautions for the correct installation of metal tube rotary flowmeter were described.It is pointed out that the correct and reliable measurement results can be obtained by applying the correction formulas and correct installation of metal tube rotary flowmeter.
