摘 要:为了研究锅炉水在加热过程中,锅炉材质对锅炉水结垢的影响程度。利用合金材质与普通材质的对照实验,拟合不同与水垢相关参量数据,得到锅炉水在加热过程中的变化规律。结果表明:合金使得循环水硬度下降幅度降低,钙镁元素更多的是以离子状态存在;经合金处理的锅炉设备,蒸汽量增大,锅炉水产热量高,损耗低,结垢少;高含量的铜锌合金可形成电位差更高的电场,结垢物质电解成阳离子和阴离子,形成稳定的化合物,从而不易结垢。In order to research influence degree of boiler materials on bioler limescale generation in the heating process of water.Through the contrast experiment of alloy material and common material,fitting different parameters related to limescale,the variation laws of bioler water in the heating process were obtained.The results show that declining range of the hardness of circle water has reduced in the alloy materials,Ca and Mg are existed in the water in the state of ion;the steam consumption is obviously increased,heat production is higher,energy loss is lower,limescale generation is less by alloy handing.Higher electric potential difference filed was formed by high content Cu-Zn alloy.The scaling materials are electrolyzed into cation and anion,and formed stable compounds,thereby avoiding to form scale.
