摘　　要：作为南宋休闲文化的典型代表,陆游在休闲空间的选择上,主张要逸出尘俗之境,离开"尘世"或"红尘",走向"物外"和"方外";在休闲活动的方式上,提出步入山水之境,四处漫游,放松身心,实现与大自然的直接交融;在休闲的人际关系上,倡导融入人伦之境,发展、享受天伦之乐、里仁之美和宾朋之交。陆游身闲功夫之境域取舍,对当代人如何辩证处理工作、生活与休闲的关系,有着积极的借鉴意义。As a typical representative of the leisure culture of the Southern Song Dynasty,in Lu You’s choice of leisure space,he advocates to leave the secular environment i.In the way of leisure activities,he proposes to enter the landscape of the environment,to roam around,relax,and realize the direct integration with nature.In the interpersonal relationship of leisure,he advocates the integration of human relations,and to develop and enjoy the happiness of family,neighborhood and friendship.Lu You’s choice of realm in his leisure methods is of positive significance for contemporary people to deal with the relationship between work,life and leisure.
