摘 要:该文研究容差条件下的非线性模拟电路多参数故障诊断问题,提出一种三阶段的故障诊断算法,实现故障元件的定位和参数估计。首先,假设非故障元件参数取标称值,通过矩阵方程迭代求解得到故障元件的参数近似值;然后,将故障隔离转化为容差约束下的线性规划问题求解,舍弃虚假解,得到真实故障集;最后,考虑非故障元件参数在容差范围内波动,采用线性规划方法对故障参数的近似值进行修正,得到容差条件下的故障元件参数取值范围。仿真实验验证算法的有效性,该算法适用于交/直流和非线性电路故障诊断,具有较高的诊断准确度和参数辨识准确度。This paper studies the multiple parameter fault diagnosis of nonlinear analog circuits with tolerances and puts forward a three-stage algorithm for fault diagnosis to realize the locating and parameter estimation of faulty circuit components.At first,assuming the parameter of the non-faulty component is the nominal value,and the approximate parameter of the faulty component is obtained through iterated matrix equation.Then,fault isolation is transformed to a linear-programming concept under tolerance constraints and virtual sets are removed to get real sets.At last,considering that the parameters of non-faulty components fluctuate within the range of tolerances,a linear programming method is adopted to correct the approximate values of fault parameters and the range of the faulty component parameters under the tolerances is got.The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by simulation test.With high diagnosis accuracy and parameter identification precision,the algorithm is applicable to fault diagnosis of AC/DC linear and nonlinear circuits.
