摘  要:轮轨作用力是评价铁道车辆安全性的主要指标,为开展轮轨黏着系数-滑移率关系的研究,该文针对制动试验台设计一套轮轨垂向力连续测量系统。该系统采用测力轮对的测量方法,首先通过Ansys建立滚轮模型,分析出轮对受垂向载荷作用时应力应变集中位置,确定测点与贴片组桥方式;然后经采集器自身强度与安装紧固件的强度校核计算,选取合适的紧固件,并将经配重后质量相等的无线采集器及电源模块对称安装在轮对上;其次采用Lab VIEW调用动态链接库的方式开发此采集器的控制、采集、存储、计算程序;最后通过动态加载、减载实验验证测量系统的准确性。结果表明:此测量系统数据传输稳定、精确度高,测量误差在±3%以内。The safety of the railway vehicle is mainly evaluated by the wheel/rail interaction forces.In order to carry out research on the relationship of wheel/rail adhesion coefficient and slip ratio,a wheel/rail interaction vertical force continuous measuring system for braking test stand is developed.This system adopts the measuring method of instrumented wheelset.First,roller model is set up through Ansys,stress-stain concentration place is analyzed when the wheelset is under the vertical load action,and then the mode of measuring point and strain gauge bridge are determined.Secondly,through strength check and calculation of collectors and fasteners,suitable fasteners are selected and the weight collector and power supply after weight balancing are mounted on the wheel symmetrically.Thirdly,LabVIEW is used to develop the program of controlling,collection,storage and calculating by calling dynamic link library.Lastly,the accuracy of the measuring system is verified by dynamic loading and load reduction experiment.The result shows that the measuring system is stable in transmission and high in precision,and the measurement error is within±3%.
