摘　　要：目的对结肠出现损伤的经验以及教训进行总结。方法采取回顾分析的方法对我院2010年3月—2016年3月就诊的31例结肠损伤的临床资料进行研究和分析。对患者出现的结肠损伤的经验以及教训进行归纳和总结。结果 31例患者多合并其他脏器损伤,31例患者均治愈,切口感染8例,22例随访3~6个月,无肠漏肠梗阻等严重并发症。结论对结肠损伤的患者应按"个体化"的原则和"损伤控制手术"的原则选择具体的手术方式,大多数患者可行1期手术。Objective To summarize the experiences and lessons of injury in the colon.Methods The clinical data of 31 cases of colonic injury treated by our hospital from March 2010 to March 2016 were analyzed and analyzed.The experiences and lessons of the patient's colon injury were summarized and summarized.Results 31 patients were injured with other organs,31 patients were cured,8 patients were infected with incisions,and 22 patients were followed up from 3 to 6 months,with no serious complication such as intestinal obstruction.Conclusion Patients with colonic injury should choose specific operation mode according to the principle of“individualization”and“injury control operation”,and most patients can have one operation.
