摘　　要：目的分析脑疝复位天幕裂孔切开术治疗重型脑外伤脑疝患者的疗效及安全性。方法选取2015年3月—2017年3月我院重型脑外伤脑疝患者44例,根据术式不同分组,各22例。对照组施行常规手术,研究组施行脑疝复位天幕裂孔切开术。对比两组并发症、术后6个月治疗效果(GOS)。结果与对照组比较,研究组并发症发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月,研究组治疗有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重型脑外伤脑疝患者采用脑疝复位天幕裂孔切开术治疗疗效确切,可降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of cerebral hernia reduction and tentorium cerebelli hiatus incision in the treatment of patients with severe traumatic brain hernia.Methods From March 2015 to March 2017,44 cases of severe traumatic brain hernia in our hospital were selected and divided into different groups according to the different surgical methods,22 cases in each group.The control group was performed with the conventional operation,and the experimental group was treated with cerebral hernia reduction and tentorium cerebelli hiatus incision.The complications and treatment effect(GOS)6 months after operation of two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the 6 months after the operation in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of severe traumatic brain hernia treated with cerebral hernia reduction and tentorium cerebelli hiatus incision is effective,and it can reduce the incidence of complications.
