摘　　要：眩晕症近些年发病率呈逐年上升趋势,近现代医家在眩晕症病因病机的中医研究方面有一定程度的进展,认为虚、痰、瘀、火、风、郁等为目前最常见的致病因素,实际临证时病因病机错综复杂,可相互联系,相互影响。通过对眩晕症病因病机中医状况进行分析和总结。通过对眩晕症病因病机、中医研究治疗等分析来提高人们的认识。眩晕症病因病机较复杂,且治疗方法较多,因此可根据患者实际情况予以辨证治疗。Since the incidence of vertigo is increasing year by year in recent years,the researches on etiology and pathogenesis of vertigo have a certain degree progress in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)by modern physicians.At present,several theories are the most recognized,which are deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis,fire,wind and depression.There are a lot of inter relationships and influences among them,the actual etiology and pathogenesis is complicated in clinical study.Through the etiology and pathogenesis of vertigo TCM situation analysis and summary.Through the analysis of etiology and pathogenesis of vertigo,research and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to enhance people's awareness.The etiology and pathogenesis of vertigo are complex and the treatment methods are more,so it can be treated according to the actual situation of patients.
