摘 要:目的观察苦参凝胶作为聚焦超声的介质在治疗宫颈糜烂中的临床疗效。方法 40例宫颈重度糜烂患者,随机分为两组。耦合剂组20例采用耦合剂作为介质应用聚焦超声治疗;苦参凝胶组20例采用苦参凝胶作介质,比较两组宫颈重度糜烂患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者的治疗总有效率对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);苦参凝胶组的治愈率高于耦合剂组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且术后不良反应低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用苦参凝胶作为聚焦超声的介质法治疗宫颈重度糜烂可提高治愈率,降低术后不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of matrine gel as a focused ultrasound medium in the treatment of cervical erosion.Methods 40 patients with severe cervical erosion were randomly divided into two groups.20 cases of coupling agent group were treated with routine ultrasonic coupling agents were used as the medium.20 cases of sophora flavescens gel group were treated with sophora flavescens gel as medium.To compare the treatment effect of two groups of severe cervical erosion.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The cure rate of sophora flavescens gel group was higher than that of the coupling agent group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction after operation was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of severe cervical erosions with matrine gel as the medium of focused ultrasound can improve the cure rate and reduce the postoperative adverse reaction.
