探究护理干预对普外科术后疼痛及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的研究分析普外科术后护理对疼痛和护理满意度的影响情况。方法选取我院普外科的手术患者240例作为研究对象。将患者分成对照组和观察组,每组均有120例。对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用护理干预,对两组的护理情况进行比较分析。结果观察组患者清醒时VAS评分平均为(6.98±1.50)分,对照组为(6.94±1.49)分,组间结果对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后24小时VAS评分平均为(4.13±1.11)分、48小时VAS评分平均为(3.11±0.97)分,对照组分别为(5.20±1.09)分、(3.98±1.11)分,组间对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的满意度为98.33%,对照组为90.83%,组间结果对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普外科手术后使用护理干预措施能够降低患者的VAS评分,减轻疼痛,临床总体的护理水平和质量比较高。Objective To study and analyze the effect of postoperative nursing on pain and nursing satisfaction in department of general surgery.Methods 240 cases of surgical patients in department of general surgery in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,120 cases in each group.Routine care was used in the control group.The observation group used nursing intervention,the nursing of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The average VAS score of the patients in the observation group was(6.98±1.50)points,the control group was(6.94±1.49)points,and the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The average time of VAS in observation group was(4.13±1.11)points at 24 hours,and the average VAS was(3.11±0.97)points at 48 hours after operation.The control group was(5.20±1.09)points and(3.98±1.11)points respectively.The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.33%,while that of the control group was 90.83%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing interventions after Department of general surgery operation can reduce the VAS score and relieve pain of patients.The overall clinical nursing level and quality are relatively high.
