心理康复护理干预在老年脑卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究心理康复护理干预在老年脑卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选取我科2015年12月—2017年12月收治的老年脑卒中后抑郁症患者92例作为观察对象。按照随机偶数奇数法,将其分为对照组(n=46,实施常规护理)和研究组(n=46,实施心理康复护理),分别采用量表对两组患者护理前后神经功能缺损情况、抑郁症状变化进行评定。结果经过4周护理干预后,两组MESS评分、HAMD评分、SDS评分均低于护理前,组间比较,结果显示,研究组均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比于常规护理,在此基础上运用心理康复护理干预可显著改善患者抑郁症状,减少神经功能缺损。Objective To study the clinical effect of psychological rehabilitation nursing intervention on post stroke depression in the elderly.Methods 92 elderly patients with post-stroke depression treated in our department from December 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the study objects.According to the random even odd number method,it was divided into the control group(n=46,the implementation of routine nursing)and the research group(n=46,the implementation of psychological rehabilitation nursing).The changes of nerve function defect and depressive symptoms were evaluated by the scale of two groups of patients before and after nursing.Results After 4 weeks of nursing intervention,the MESS scores,HAMD scores and SDS scores of the two groups were all lower than those before nursing.The results showed that the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing,psychological rehabilitation nursing intervention on this basis can significantly improve the depressive symptoms and reduce the impairment of nerve function.
