摘 要:通过引入护理时数评估系统和工作量考核系统,替代全成本核算的绩效考核方法对护理单元绩效考核进行改革并观察成效。新的护理单元绩效收入=该单元床日数×护理时数×各类绩效工作量单价+非材料医疗收入×变动成本率-成本-基本工资+(材料收入-可收费材料成本)×收支结余率+出院人次×20。从而使护理质量、岗位职责、风险责任等因素与劳动报酬挂钩,充分体现了护士的内在价值和"多劳多得、优劳优得"的考核目的,在人员规模基本不变的前提下,护理团队的绩效总量增加,工作效率提升,积极性和主动性得到激发。同时,加强成本管理降低了患者就医成本,造福患者,取得了良好的社会效益。Through the introduction of the Nursing hours evaluation system and workload assessment system,replace the total cost accounting performance appraisal method to the nursing unit performance appraisal reform and observe the effect.New Nursing Unit Performance Bonus=number of days×nursing hours of the unit bed×all kinds of performance workload unit Price+non-material medical income×change cost rate-cost-base salary+(material income-chargeable material cost)×balance of payments+discharge×20.So that the quality of care,job responsibilities,risk responsibility and other factors linked to the labor remuneration,fully embodies the intrinsic value of nurses and harder,excellent labor excellent assessment purposes,in the basic unchanged staff size,the total performance of the nursing team increased,work efficiency,enthusiasm and initiative to be stimulated.At the same time,strengthen the cost management reduces the patient to seek medical care cost,benefits the patient,has obtained the good social benefit.
