摘　　要：嵌入式社会组织党建的内容与特色主要体现在理念、组织、活动与人才四个领域,它强化了执政党对社会组织的渗透力和影响力,一定程度上推动了社会组织的健康有序发展。但是,嵌入式党建路径在"引领"与"自主"这两个不同范畴内仍存在困境,嵌入式党建的后续优化与完善方略,应主要集中在提升嵌入过程中的政党引领力量和保障社会组织的自治边界,实现"引领型嵌入"与"嵌入式自主"的双赢目标。The content and features of embedded party construction are mainly embodied in the four fields:philosophy,organization,activity and talent.It strengthens the power and influence of the ruling party to the social organizations and promotes the healthy and orderly development of the social organizations to a certain extent.However,there are still difficulties in the two different categories named“leadership”and“autonomy”.The following strategy of optimization and perfection should focus mainly on the promoting the party leadership and ensuring the autonomous boundaries of social organizations in the process of party embedding,and then achieve the win-win goal of“guided embeddedness”and“embedded autonomy”.
