探析横管式煤气初冷器阻力大原因及应对措施

摘　　要：焦炉荒煤气的净化处理,是煤气净化的基础性环节,可以推动煤气净化水平提升。在实际操作过程中,横管式煤气初冷器出现阻力频繁升高不下,严重影响到煤气鼓风机的运行,以致炉顶荒煤气冒出严重,污染环境;甚至造成沉淀物堵塞后续工段管道和设备等情况。现以拜城县众泰煤焦化有限公司化产车间横管式初冷器为例,简述分析阻力升高原因及采取应对措施。the purification treatment of coke oven gas is the basic link of gas purification,which can promote the upgrading of gas purification level.During the actual operation,the resistance of the cross tube gas primary cooler is increasing frequently,which seriously affects the operation of the gas blower,resulting in serious pollution of the top gas and polluting the environment.It even causes sediment blockage and subsequent pipeline and equipment.As an example of the horizontal tube primary cooler in the chemical production workshop of Zhongtai Coal Coking Co.,Ltd.in Baicheng County,this paper briefly analyzes the reasons for the rise of resistance and the measures to be taken.
