摘 要:随着交通系统的迅速发展和危险品的频繁运输,桥梁火灾事故屡屡发生,设计和运营阶段的火灾评估与控制成为桥梁风险分析的重点之一。通过分析桥梁的设计特征、交通服务特征、火灾损失和灾后影响,确定了影响桥梁火灾的多重因素,建立了桥梁火灾风险评价指标体系;基于层次分析法和熵权法,对各评价指标进行主客观综合赋权,明确各因素对桥梁火灾的重要性程度,运用模糊数学理论开展了桥梁火灾风险的多级模糊综合评价。运用该方法对武汉鹦鹉洲长江大桥火灾风险进行了分析,结果表明,桥梁使用材料种类、火灾救援时间对桥梁火灾的影响较大。该桥梁火灾风险评价方法为经济有效的桥梁抗火设计和防火措施设置提供了理论依据和技术指导。Due to rapid development of transportation and increased hazardous materials shipping,bridge fire accidents happen frequently.Bridge fire risk has been an important content at design and operation phase.Considering of the design features,traffic service,fire damage and fire influence,the multiple critical factors influencing bridge fire are cleared and the risk assessment index system is proposed.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,entropy weight method and the fuzzy mathematics theory,the important degree of the factors to bridge fire is cleared and a multilevel fuzzy comprehensive assessment method was developed for bridge fire risk.The Wuhan Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge fire risk is analyzed as a typical case.The results show that the major fire impacts are Material types and Fire rescue time.The bridge fire risk analysis method can provide technical guidance for fire resistant design and prevention measures of bridge more economic and effective.
