传统风貌区的价值评价与规划策略--以重庆大田湾传统风貌区为例

摘　　要：传统风貌区是城市历史文化遗产的重要组成部分,是对城市历史文化保护区的拓展。但相关价值评价框架与既有历史文化街区的保护方法还不能较好地适应传统风貌区。基于此,文章提出以"格局与风貌""建筑与场所""历史文化"三大保护层次下的七类价值构成要素为基础的传统风貌区价值评价体系,并据此提出基于保护层次和价值构成要素分类的不同保护与更新取向的规划策略组合,并以重庆大田湾传统风貌区为例进行实证研究。Traditional scene area is an important part of urban historical and cultural heritage,is an extension of conservation districts,too.Due to the existing value assessment system and street protected methods can’t fit the traditional scene,the paper builds a assessment system based on seven elements from three layers(pattern and scene,buildings and space,history and culture),puts forward the protected and renewal strategy profile with different layers and elements,and does an empirical study with Datianwan of Chongqing case.
