摘　　要：当前,特色小镇建设已成为推动地方经济发展、提升城镇品质的强劲动力,各地纷纷涌现了建设特色小镇的热潮。和政县松鸣镇区城市设计以冰雪运动为核心主题,在借鉴国内外相关经验的基础上,梳理自身的优势条件与存在问题,从城乡协调发展、城镇空间形态与风貌、特色产业培育、生态环境保护和基础设施建设等方面制定了规划路径,积极探索特色小镇建设的新模式,构建了生态与城镇交融的冰雪运动小镇。At present,lots of characteristic towns are appeared in China which advance the economic development and improving the town quality.In Songming town,Hezheng county,the master design takes winter sports as the core topic,learns from the experience at home and abroad,analyzes the advantage and problems,puts forward the planning strategies about urban-rural coordinate development,town space and scenery,characteristic industries,environment protection,and infrastructure planning.This new model is help to build a winter sports town which integrates ecology and town.
