“城市双修”是“城市美化运动”吗?

摘　　要：文章系统回顾了我国城市环境整治实践的过程,并通过样本研究,对比了"城市美化运动"的相关内容,发现"城市双修"与"城市美化运动"两者虽然有相似性,但是"城市双修"并非"城市美化运动",其区别主要体现在:从局部生态要素的修复转向系统性生态能力的修复、以物质空间整治为重点转向以城市功能调整改善为重点、从城市管理转向城市治理、从注重宏大叙事转向强调小微弥合。By reviewing China’s urban environment renovation and comparing the content of city beautiful movement,the paper thinks that urban renovation and restoration is different from the city beautiful movement.Urban renovation and restoration focuses the renovation of ecosystem instead of ecological elements,focuses the restoration of urban function instead of material space,focuses urban restoration instead of urban management,and emphasizes the micro-design instead of grandiose narration.
