二釜加氢对聚丙烯合金产品结构及性能的影响

摘  要:通过调节二釜加氢工艺在INNOVENE聚丙烯装置上生产了3个聚丙烯釜内合金产品,分析了产品的物理性能及微观结构。结果表明二釜不加氢气所生产的产品橡胶相质量分数为29.62%,大橡胶颗粒较多,粒径分布较宽,产品简支梁缺口冲击强度为42kJ/m^2,弯曲模量为1 030 MPa。二釜加氢所生产的橡胶相质量分数分别为29.14%,23.76%,大橡胶颗粒较少,粒径分布较窄,对应的简支梁缺口冲击强度分别为53,59kJ/m^2,弯曲模量分别为984,1 010 MPa。Three different impact polypropylene in-situ alloys were synthesized by altering the hydrogen adding process in the second reactor of INNOVENE PP Plant.The physical property and microstructure of the products were analyzed.The results showed that without adding of hydrogen in second reactor,the product 1 got a rubber content of 29.62%,with many rubber particles in large size and a wide particle size distribution.Besides,sample 1 revealed charpy notched impact strength of 42 kJ/m 2,and flexural modulus of 1 030MPa.The polypropylene in-situ alloys produced with hydrogen adding showed a narrow rubber particle size distribution and few large particles.Sample 2 and 3 revealed the rubber content of 29.14%and 23.76%,charpy notched impact strength of 53 kJ/m2 and 59 kJ/m2,and flexural modulus of 984 MPa and 1010 MPa,respectively.
