摘 要:采用熔融共混法制备了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/酞菁蓝复合材料。分析了酞菁蓝用量和冷却速率对PET结晶行为的影响,并对复合材料进行力学性能测试。结果表明:随着酞菁蓝含量的增加,复合材料的晶体尺寸变小,晶粒数目增多,结晶温度提高,结晶速率增大。随着冷却速率的增加,复合材料的结晶温度降低。当酞菁蓝质量分数为0.75%时,明显改善了PET的力学性能,同时提高了材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度。Polyethylene terephthalate/phthalocyanine composites were prepared by melt blending method.The effects of phthalocyanine dosage and different cooling rate on the crystallization behavior of PET were investigated and the mechanic properties of PET were tested.The results showed with phthalocyanine content increasing,the crystal size became smaller,and the number of grains increased,and the crystallization temperature of composites was improved and the crystallization rate was accelerated.With cooling rate increasing,the crystallization temperature of the composite decreased.When the phthalocyanine content was 0.75%,the mechanical properties of PET were improved obviously,and the tensile and impact strength of the materials were improved.
