摘　　要：根据汽车转向柱上、下护罩的结构特点和外观要求,设计了一副热流道、复杂侧向抽芯大型注塑模具。详细介绍了模具成型零件、侧向抽芯机构、浇注系统、温度控制系统、导向定位系统和脱模系统的创新技术和设计要点。经实践验证,该模具结构先进合理,投产后运行平稳安全,成型塑件精度都达到设计要求,劳动生产率提高约10%。According to the structure and appearance requirements of the upper and lower hood of the car steering column,a large injection mold with a hot runner and a complex side core was designed.The innovative technology and emphases of molding parts,side core pulling mechanism,gating system,temperature control system,guide and positioning system and ejection system are introduced in detail.The safety and stability of the action and the molding plastic parts all meet the design requirements in the operation,and productivity is increased by about 10%,which proves that the mold structure is advanced and reasonable.
