摘 要:变分模态分解(Variational Mode Decomposition,VMD)方法能有效地抑制模态混叠现象,信噪分离效果良好,利用VMD分解铝合金双丝PMIG(Pulse Metal Inert Gas,PMIG)焊接电弧等效电阻,得到包含不同频率特征的本征模态函数(Intrinic Mode Fuction,IMF)可以完整地重构原信号并有效分离噪声。在此基础上进一步计算IMF构成的特征模式矩阵奇异谱熵,提出等效电阻VDM-奇异谱熵方法评价铝合金双丝PMIG焊焊接过程稳定性。通过试验验证了该方法的可行性与可靠性,焊接过程越稳定其对应的等效电阻VMD-奇异谱熵值越小,反之则越大。Arc equivalent resistance signal of aluminum alloy twin-wire pulse metal insert gas(PMIG)welding was decomposed to several intrinsic mode functions(IMF)by variational mode decomposition(VMD).Each IMF contains the characteristics of the original signal in its own frequency,which can reconstruct the original signal completely and separate the noise effectively.And the singular spectral of the characteristic mode matrix formed by the IMFs was calculated,then,according to the theory of information entropy the singular spectral entropy was obtained.Here the arc equivalent resistance VMD-singular spectral entropy method was proposed to evaluate the stability of aluminum alloy twin-wire PMIG welding,and a series of experiments were carried out with the same current and voltage parameters and other different conditions to test the effectiveness of the method.The results show that the more stable the welding process is the greater the VMD-singular spectral entropy will be,and it can soundly measure the stability of aluminum alloy twin-wire PMIG welding.
