摘 要:现行公路沥青路面再生技术规范没有对冷再生基层混合料的疲劳破坏作出技术要求,为研究冷再生旧路水泥稳定碎石基层疲劳寿命,通过不同含量的水泥、乳化沥青冷再生混合料的无侧限抗压强度、回弹模量、劈裂强度等试验,分析冷再生旧路水泥稳定碎石基层物理力学性能。根据冷再生旧路水泥稳定碎石试验资料,运用多层弹性连续体系理论计算不同乳化沥青掺量和不同冷再生旧路水泥稳定碎石基层厚度的层底应力比。不考虑现场综合修正系数kc,室内疲劳试验结果表明:掺入乳化沥青冷再生旧路水泥稳定碎石基层疲劳寿命大于按沥青路面设计规范计算的新拌水泥稳定碎石疲劳寿命,乳化沥青增加冷再生旧路水泥稳定碎石混合料的柔性,延长疲劳寿命。The current technical specifications for the regeneration of highway asphalt pavement do not make technical requirements for the fatigue failure of cold recycled base mixture,in order to study the fatigue life of the cement stabilized macadam base of the old cold recycled road,through the unconfined compression strength,modulus of resilience and splitting strength of the mixture of different content of cement and emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture.The physical and mechanical properties of cement stabilized macadam base are analyzed.According to the test data of the cement stabilized macadam on the cold recycled old road,the stress ratio of the bottom layer of different emulsified asphalt content and different cold recycled cement stabilized macadam base is calculated by using the theory of multi-layer elastic continuous system.Excluding the on-site comprehensive correction factor kc,the results of indoor fatigue tests indicate that the fatigue life of the cement stabilized crushed stone base with cold emulsified asphalt mixed in the old road is greater than that of the fresh cement stabilized macadam calculated by the asphalt pavement design code,and the emulsified asphalt increases cold The flexibility of the old road cement stabilized gravel mixture is reclaimed to extend fatigue life.
