小直径铣刀圆弧进刀方式铣削力的研究

摘  要:使用整体硬质合金小直径平底铣刀,对淬硬钢45钢进行高速铣削实验。以圆弧进刀的方式对工件进行侧铣,分析圆弧进刀阶段各切削参数对切削力的影响趋势。结果表明,在试验参数范围内,随轴向切深、径向切宽、每齿进给量、主轴转速的增大而减小,且3个分力中对切削分力Fy影响较大;切削旋转半径对Fx方向切削力影响最大,且随旋转半径增大而减小;随工件硬度的增加,切削力Fx、Fy降低;刀具夹持量的增加导致切削力降低,而夹持量在不小于60%时,切削力变化微小。The experiment of high speed milling is carried out on hardened 45#steel by using the solid carbide flatbottomed milling cutter with small diameter.The influence of the cutting parameters on the cutting force is analyzed in the flank milling process using the method of arc feed.The results show that the spindle speed increases and decreases with the axial cuttingdepth,radial cuttingwidth,the feed per tooth within the range of test parameters,and it alao has a greater effect on the cutting force Fy in the 3 respective forces.The cutting radius of rotation has the greatest effect on Fx direction cutting force,and it decreases as the radius of rotation increases;as the hardness of the workpiece increases,the cutting force Fx,Fy decreases;the cutting force decreases as the increase of the tool holding depth,the cutting force changes slightly when the clamping amount is greater than or equal to 60%.
