隧道高空作业平台工作篮强度分析

摘　　要：针对铁路隧道中存在的病害问题,提出采用隧道高空作业工作平台辅助作业,提高施工效率。高空作业平台工作篮的强度对整个系统的安全性有重要影响,利用ANSYS对高空作业平台工作篮三维模型在4种不同角度下进行了疲劳应力分析和模态分析,为校核作业平台工作篮强度和保证安全性提供了可靠依据。To deal with the existing problems in railway tunnels,this paper proposes a scheme using a high-altitude work basket to assist the work and improve efficiency.The strength of work basket has important influence on the safety of the whole system.Then ANSYS is used to carry out fatigue stress and modal analysis of the work basket under different working conditions,which provides reliable basis for checking the work basket strength and safety.
