摘  要:文章旨在探讨萘乙酸浓度对扦插饲料桑生根的影响,并为饲料桑在本地的推广和提升其存活率提供参考。试验以5组不同浓度(0、50、100、150、200 mg·L^(-1))的萘乙酸(NAA)生根粉溶液对150枝(每组30枝,每组5个重复,每个重复1枝)饲料桑根部进行浸泡,扦插后自然生长60 d,统计生根数、生根率,评价促进饲料桑生根的最佳萘乙酸浓度。试验结果表明,在浓度为100 mg·L^(-1)的生根粉NAA中浸泡后,扦插饲料桑的根部生长状况明显好于其他浓度下饲料桑根部的生长状况,平均生根数最高达8.20条,平均根长8.4 cm,存活率达94%。This paper aimed to explore the effect of NAA concentration on rooting of cuttings of forage mulberry,providing reference for the promotion of forage mulberry in the local and enhancing the survival rate of it.In the paper,5 groups with different concentrations of NAA(NAA)rooting powder solution soaked 150 sticks of forage mulberry root,natural growth after cutting 60 d,counting the number of rooting and the rate of rooting and finding the best concentration.The results showed that when the rooting powder NAA with a concentration of 100 mg·L-1 was soaked,the growth of the roots of cutting mulberry root was obviously better than that of other roots,and the average rooting number was up to 8.20,the average root length was 8.4 cm,and the survival rate was 94%.
