摘  要:濒临江河湖海的变电站,填土荷载较大,地基中的淤泥层较厚,建成后极易产生较大的地面沉降与不均匀沉降,严重影响变电站的安全运行。采用真空预压法处理能取得较好的效果。增压式真空预压技术(Over Vacuum Pressure System,OVPS)有别于传统的真空预压技术。它运用真空管与排水板直接连接的技术,省却了砂垫层、增加了增压系统、改良了排水板滤膜材料、采用集水井的气液分离原理使真空压力均匀分布而节电50%。南区变电站工程应用OVPS技术取得显著效果,地面下沉达1 m以上,平均固结度达到90%。根据实际监测到的沉降值,推导出本工程沉降计算的经验系数为0.89。Substation built near the sea,rivers and lakes,when backfill soil load is bigger,the silt layer thicker,after the completion of susceptible to large settlement and uneven settlement,seriously affect the safe operation of the transformer substation.Using the vacuum preloading method processing can obtain good results.OVPS technology is different from the traditional vacuum preloading technology.It used vacuum tubes and plastic drainage plate directly connection technology,dispense with sand cushion,increased the pressurization system,improved drainage plate membrane filter material,adopt the collecting well gas liquid separation principle make the vacuum pressure distribution uniform and power saving 50%.The southern district substation application OVPS engineering technology has made significant effect,land subsidence more than 1m,the average degree of consolidation reached 90%.According to settlement value of actual monitoring,is deduced the settlement calculation experience coefficient is 0.89.
