摘 要:火力发电厂运煤系统的设计中,带式输送机额定出力的计算至关重要,决定着带式输送机设备参数的选择。本文详细阐述了电力行业标准、国家标准、国际标准、德国标准、美国标准中带式输送机额定出力的计算方法,进行了定性和定量比较,并将计算结果与几个电厂的带式输送机实际运行出力进行了对比。文章结尾提出了分析结论。希望本文能对今后其他工程中运煤系统带式输送机额定出力的计算提供一点借鉴。The calculation of belt conveyer rated output plays an important role in the design of fossil fuel power plant coal handling system,and is critical for the selection of belt conveyer parameter.In this paper,we explain the computing methods of the belt conveyer rated output in power industry standard,national standard,international standard,German standard and American standard in detail.Qualitative and quantitative comparisons are carried out.We compare the calculation results of different computing methods with several power plants actual operating output.We draw the conclusion after analysis at the end of this paper.We hope that the calculation of coal handling system belt conveyer rated output in other projects can get some reference from this paper in future.
