摘　　要：随着城域OTN网络大规模建设,城域OTN网络变得越来越复杂,电路调度、波道分配、支路端口资源配置等也变得复杂,且需要分析大量的数据。笔者为了实现城域OTN网络的基础数据管理以及支撑城域OTN网络的规划编制要求,尝试利用IT技术设计OTN规划平台。With the large-scale construction of the metropolitan OTN network,the metropolitan area OTN network becomes more and more complex.The circuit scheduling,the channel allocation and the allocation of the branch port resources have also become complex,and a large number of data need to be analyzed.In order to realize the basic data management of the metropolitan OTN network and the planning requirements to support the city domain OTN network,the author tries to use the IT technology to design the OTN planning platform.
