摘 要:多西他赛是一种紫杉烷类抗肿瘤药物,对多种癌症有良好临床疗效,但其本身及上市制剂溶媒可引发严重的不良反应,使临床应用受到影响。纳米制剂在缓释药物、延长药效、降低毒性、提高难溶性药物的生物利用度等方面表现出良好的应用前景,成为国内外研究的热点。本文综述了近年来关于多西他赛纳米制剂的研究,对其研发和应用前景进行展望,以期为多西他赛新型纳米制剂的研究和应用提供参考。Docetaxel,one of the taxoid antitumor drugs,has good clinical effects on many kinds of cancer.However,due to the side effects caused by docetaxel itself and its solvent,its application is seriously restricted clinically.As nanoformulations have shown good perspective in terms of sustained drug release,prolonged drug efficacy,reduced toxicity and improved bio-availability of insoluble drugs,they are now a hot research topic both at home and abroad.This paper gives a comprehensive re-view on the current literature of nanoformulations of docetaxel as well as a perspective on future development and application,so as to provide reference for the research and development of new nanoformulations of docetaxel.
